Making a snowman & more Christmas pics!

Keaton playing with all of his new toys from Santa and Grandparents! Some snow pics and one of 4 generations ( great grandma, grandma, mom , and Keaton)! Keaton was so wound up and had so much fun Christmas day we like to never got him to bed that night!

Keaton's first Christmas is a WHITE ONE!

We enjoyed seeing what Santa Claus brought at around 7am, and then cooking and family festivities began! Keaton really enjoyed the presents and his first tricycle, and seeing the snow. Hopefully we can build a snowman later today!

Merry Christmas from the McCall's!

Merry Christmas!! All of our family stayed with us so we have a house full! Keaton enjoyed his Uncle's playing music, rocking him to sleep and playing with him all week. Of course he enjoyed all of the grandparents visiting, and great grandmothers too!

Keaton meeting Uncle Summers & Rachel

Keaton enjoyed meeting his Uncle Summers and Rachel in person today, and seeing more extended family again. Summers and Rachel have met him on Skype while they live in Colorado, and today they all met in person! I have many more great pictures to add to this and will upon receiving them this week from family. He finally kept a hat on for a while today . I guess he thought the Santa hat was fun to wear!

He is growing up!

Keaton has already grown so much since being home in September in size and skills! Keaton is now 18 months old , and soon to be 19 months on Dec. 21st. He is getting so much more coordinated with his utensils, opening doors in the house , and now even the front door!! Child proofing now on everything!!!! He likes being very independent at meal times, and loves to practice using his spoon. Loves to make a big mess in the process! LOL

Orphan support!

We are so greatful to have Keaton safe at home with us! There are still so many orphans all over the world than need love and support. We have chosen to support a little boy at New Day, and we encourage anyone who reads this to look for ways to help the other children waiting on a forever family. We hope to adopt the little boy we are sponsoring, but that is all in God's hands! We may not ever be able to locate his file before he gets assigned to a family, but at least we know we can care for him in the interim. Sitting on the first step!!

Keaton always takes visitors by the finger to sit on the first step! Grandma Dee Dee & Great Grandma Mima have been summons to the step this evening to enjoy eating thin mints with Keaton. Keaton pitched a fit while visiting Santa Claus today! Maybe next year! He does like to look at our Christmas tree, and does not try to go and touch it so far. Neat to see him enjoy all of the exciting holiday traditions!

Keaton's first Thanksgiving!!!

Keaton enjoyed his first Thanksgiving and seeing his extended family again!!! He ate a very good lunch and then napped like the best of us!
Thankful God blessed us with Keaton!!

Keaton loves to help when we are cleaning! He gets to put his dishes in a drawer we left child proof locks off of just for him! He also loves to get them out all over the kitchen! Mom and Dad are constantly washing all of them!

Keaton's minor surgery went very well!

Keaton has tubes in his ears, wax removal, an audiology test that was completely normal this time after his fluid was drained. He had collected fluid behind his ear drum. Circumcision went well also! We hated to decide about having that part done! We struggled weeks making the right decision regarding this ! Prayers and some family with having t had the need for procedure later in life who said, do now rather than later since the pain and issues were much more difficult at an older age. Now we do not have to worry about all of the WHAT IF's & possible locker room harassment for him in his teen years.
Keaton is now home playing with his toys and watching cartoons. Thanks for all of the prayers from family and friends!

Keaton also enjoyed attending his own baby shower in Columbia yesterday! We really appreciate all of our friends who gave the shower and all of mine and my mothers friends who attended to meet our sweet Keaton!

Oatmeal Head!!!

Keaton is now wanting to feed himself, and while I was putting away some of his breakfast mess I looked over and he had his bowl on his head and all of the left over oatmeal was all over him!!!
CAN YOU SAY BATH TIME ASAP!!!!
