Happy Mother's Day!

Keaton and Kanah helped Daddy make a Mother's Day card. We got to spend the day with Granny, and she enjoyed seeing the boys. Mom got to enjoy a few minutes rocking the boys in the rocking chair Granny rocked me in years ago! They also got to sit on some friends motorcycles during a visit on Saturday.They thought it was cool! They better not ever think of buying one though! LOL

May 19 2010- Changed to Special Needs and Got Referral for KEATON - the same day!!!!!

May 22 2010 Addendum to Home Study

May 26 2010- Pre-Approval from China

June 12 2010- LOA from China

August 18 2010 TA ( TRAVEL APPROVAL!!! ) FINALLY

September 7, 2010 Fly to Beijing

September 8, 2010 arrive in Beijing late pm

September 9, 2010- Meet other families- FREE DAY

September 10-11, 2010 Beijing City Tour

September 12, 2010 Fly to Hohhot- (would love to get Keaton early)

September 13, 2010 GOTCHA DAY FOR KEATON!!!!

September 15, 2010- tentative Orphanage visit

September 18, 2010 Fly to Guangzhou

September 19, 2010- FREE DAY- sightseeing

September 20, 2010- Medical Exam

September 21, 2010 Consulate Appointment

September 22-23, 2010 Mid Autumn Festival- National Holiday for China

September 24, 2010 Keaton's Visa- Leave for Hong Kong

September 25, 2010- Hong Kong- sight seeing for a day

September 26, 2010 Home to USA!!!!

Kanah's Time line!

January 2011 - Started new process with Home Study update and all paperwork updated!

January 24, 2011- Referral for Kanah

January 25, LOI (Letter of Intent) sent to China

January 30, 2011 PA (Pre-Approval) YEAH!!!!

March 10, 2011 2nd DTC (Dossier to China)

April 7, 2011 - New LID (Log In Date) FINALLY!!!!

May 26, 2011- LOA

July 18, 2011 TA (Travel Approval)

July 27, 2011- Depart for China!

July 28,2011- Arrive in Guangzhou

July 29-31, 2011 Rest and get over JET LAG with Keaton

August 1, 2011- GOTCHA DAY FOR KANAH!!

August 2, 2011- ADOPTION DAY, passport, paperwork.

August 3, 2011- Walk around Shamian Island

August 4, 2011- Option orphanage visit ( We most likely will NOT do because of traveling with out car seats for 2 1/2 hrs with 2 kids). We did not with Keaton for the same reason!

August 5, 211- Medical exam

August 6, 2011- City tour!

August 7-9, 2011- Free days

August 10, 2011- Pick up passports & more paperwork

August 11, 2011- Consulate Appointment & Oath Ceremony

August 12, 2011- Get Visa- Train to Hong Kong

August 13, 2011-Hong Kong to USA
