We were off to a rough start as he cried a lot most of night two, and off an on Wed. morning. We realized he was constipated and now that issue has resolved, he is happy again! He erally does not adapt to change well and cries every time we take him somewhere for a few minutes, and if you take something from him. Wow the set of lungs! He is wanting to walk and will pull your finger once standing to walk in all directions in the room. It is like he is exercising each time. He is much stronger each day, and eating well. Meals take a long time, and if the time had been spent with this child he would not be malnourished. I am convinced of this! He drinks well, and will eat puffins all day from his treat cup, and he takes them out of his cup and one by one with pincher fingers put them into a pile after spreading them out then he will put them all back in and eat some more. He has some fine motor skills! He is learning everything we show him.
We have managed to get some sounds out of him, but he can not talk.We brought some dinosaurs and he saw me get the bag and let out a big sound like YEAH! He does not do it often, but in time. This trip is making Keaton act more grown up. He is now asking to go potty to show little brother, and now goes to his big boy bed (we made for him in the room) on his own to hear a story and goes to sleep. I have rocked him to sleep with milk at home since we have had him. SPOILED! He tries to help his little bother all day. If Kanah cries he brings him a blanket (those are hand towels in our family), and also pats him on the head. Keaton understands Kanah needs Mommy right now. We told Keaton that Kanah is sick right now and needs a lot of help. He does have his jealous moments though!
We will try to post the pictures soon from yesterday. There are only a few, but we can only sent 2 at a time in an email or it fails to send!??? We did not have this issue last year with the internet, but this is CHINA!
